Stainless steel bollard covers offer a beautiful and clean modern look to any building and match a wide variety of architectures and aesthetics.
Stainless steel bollard covers provide the strength of steel without rusting the way that carbon steel does, keeping your bollards looking good for years to come.
Unlike common bollards, stainless steel bollard covers do not need to be painted to maintain a new look. Unlike plastic bollard covers, they do not fade or crack either.
Our unique bollard covers are designed specifically to fit standard bollards tightly, eliminating the need for oversized (and more expensive) bollards with set screws.

Stainless steel bollards look beautiful and provide a great alternative to galvanized, painted or powder coated bollards. However most stainless bollards are made from schedule 10 or schedule 40 stainless steel pipe and can be very expensive. And while Stainless covers are less expensive than a fuill stainless bollard, unfortunatly most stainless covers are also made from stainless steel pipe, making them not only expensive but also incorrectly sized to fit a standard steel bollard.
Our stainless bollard covers are manufactured inhouse of gauge stainless steel, not stainless pipe. This allows us to greatly reduce the cost of the covers while maintaining the look. At the same time, our covers fit snuggly over standard schedule pipe bollard, eliminating the need for set screws and added material costs.
These fully customizable bollards come in standard sizes as indicated by the size they fit over (for example a 4" cover fits over a 4" schedule 40 pipe). While 4" and 6" are most common, we can produce any size needed. 304 stainless is most common however we also produce these regularly in 316 for coastal or salt prone areas.
One often overlooked aspect or buying a stainless bollard cover is what it takes to reduce the risk of rusting. Most products are brushed to a beautiful finish but not passivated post work. That leaves them very prone to rusting. We eletrochemically passivate our covers as a final step to make sure you get the best performance possible.
